Captain Mark Guillot’s Parrot-Eyes Fishing Charters targets speckled trout, red fish (also known as red drum), snook, black drum, and flounder using light spinning tackle. At your request, we can also arrange for live natural baits.
Captain Mark’s 24-foot Carolina Skiff boat will make sure you are brought to your South Padre Island fishing grounds in comfort and safety with its 140 hp Suzuki outboard. Captain Mark’s boat offers plenty of room for up to 6 passengers, and has high sides to ensure your little anglers are safe, too!

Our South Padre Island fishing trips are available as a half day charter (5 hours) or a full day charter (8 hours). We provide bait, tackle, ice, and 20 years of experience in South Padre bay fishing to get you on the fish. You only need beverages, snacks, your fishing license, and some sun tan lotion!
You might also want to bring a hat, polarized sunglasses. You can also bring your own lures and tackle, as long as it is suited for light tackle angling.
